“Mike Clagett was a pleasure to work with—he constantly supervised every detail with on the job workers. He always answered our calls or emails and was extremely considerate and honest.”
Custom home building in the Atlanta metro area is a core focus of our work. Our clients have the exciting experience of watching their dream home appear right before their eyes. And our team has the honor of working with clients and their architects to design custom homes that suit their family’s needs perfectly.
While building a custom home is a major endeavor, we make the process enjoyable, educational, and easy. Our homeowner-friendly process allows homeowners to participate as much as they’re comfortable doing so. In our transparent process, our consultations are always free and our team is always happy to review plans, discuss ideas, and provide guidance on the journey to a new custom home.
Remodels + Additions
Do you still love your existing home? We offer services that spruce up current homes, too. Whether it’s a change in the floor plan, a new addition, finishing a basement, remodeling a kitchen or bath, creating an outdoor living space, or adding a second story, our team executes high-quality, custom remodeling projects.
Custom remodeling can improve quality of life, raise property values, and increase energy efficiency. We’re dedicated to providing guidance, design, and build services for any remodeling, refreshing, or renovating projects that homeowners envision.
We practice Green Building, a sustainable design that increases the efficiency with which buildings use energy, water, and materials and reduces building impacts on human health. This often includes using sustainable and recycled materials during construction, installing HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, and appliances with high energy efficiency, redesigning and upgrading the “envelope” of the exterior shell for the climate through proper windows, doors, and insulation, using healthier interior products and systems that improve air quality, lowering water usage where possible, and placing the structure so that it effectively uses the environment for the benefit of the home’s residents. Our aim is to design ideal homes that cost homeowners and the environment as little as possible.
